5. The guide rail of the equipment should be smeared with butter once a month to make it lubricated and rust-proof.

6. The assembly and disassembly of the rivet head should be light and slow, especially when disassembling the rivet head, do not use brute force to pull it out. The rivet head should be rotated and pulled out slowly and forcefully. If the rivet seat of the inserted rivet head is pulled out of the normal position, there will be obvious deviations in the position of the rivet head after the rivet head is installed. At this time, the red safety cover should be removed, and the rivet seat can be used only after the rivet seat is installed in place, otherwise the machine will be easily damaged. .

7. In use, the rivet head will have a slight bonding phenomenon when processing certain materials. In order to ensure the quality of riveting, the rivet head should be cleaned regularly to prevent metal bonding and thickening. When cleaning, fix the rivet head to the chuck of the lathe, and then polish it with sandpaper.

8. Daily maintenance of equipment should be carried out every two weeks.
